Despite the binding MOU announcement being late, there are no sellers punishing the share price because of the delay. The delay only being ~2 days so far
With 2 months+ since the AGM and the EBOS placement, I suspect there will be more than just announcing pen to paper. EBOS (with MDR) would have big plans for the Terry White group in how they exploit the products and services available from MedAdvisor.
I'm also predicting soon after the share price reaches (and holds) their placement price (5.75c) there may be news regarding the escrow shares going to another insto.
