Hi I am not a holder, I am doing my routine research tonight and I believe this looks like a pump for cap raise. You will likely see that in the next few days. 1m expenditure a quarter, and 1m cash at bank left as of last quarter report...
Im going to keep a close eye on it though looks interesting.
