As a new investor, I found this interview interesting and Lapping gives plenty of introductory info. Even though this doesn't go into hard figures/projections, it provides a good overview. The model and approach sound solid.
As a side note: Ian Chapell was always a fierce competitor and he isn't the sort to be a passenger...
