Be careful of this mob, very poor management form and style. SPP closes at woefully low numbers (4.2M fps at 8.5c for $362,000), then Directors release Change of Directors notices in rapid fire.

But low and behold, none of them participated (bar one who contributed a lowly $1000) in the SPP and received shares at 4.7c in lieu of accrued Directors salaries.

Nice profit for some, treating shareholders like dumb and dumber is not a good look. Shame on them, better value elsewhere IMO.
