The couple of $$million you refer to is chicken feed when setting up a smelter operation. I'm betting another billion shares before the first tonne is produced. I wish GMC the best of luck, but luck doesn't build a ferro alloy smelter, it actually takes money and lots of it.
The "imminent" DSO never eventuated and every week/ month that passes means no income plus the snouts at the trough will be sucking that small cash balance dry. The next quarterly report will show it, GMC isn't earning a dollar and won't have enough cash in the bank to complete the furnace installation.
You need to face facts, not wishful and fanciful thinking.
