NSX listed on ASX in 2005. Was the best listing option at the time.
Also, when a Exchange lists on itself it brings a lot of compliance and regulations with it from ASIC so best to leave NSX on the ASX.
Keep an eye on NSX thread next year though.
After a year of restructure in 2017 with very positive changes, 2018 will see the NSX provide a genuine alternative for companies to list. Exciting times ahead.
