I understand, that you would be desperate to get your money back
from Dragon, and have threfore very strong opinions, which
unfortunaly are not even close the truth or facts in part of the world.

You may try to shoot the messenger, but what would it help you?

1. What comes to the Fäboliden appeal, I would consider it most likely
that the reasonable or "greenie" Swedes have appealed, as also suggested by miningnut

This will come official and the information
would be available likely today 29.12. Swedish time in about 9-10 hours.
Dragon did not tell you the facts about the permit or the dead line of the appeals,
which I posted above.   A copy of the permit in Swedish is here

They are much late in informing ASX about the details.
Probably I will be informing you first about the appeals situation, when if
Swedish authority/organizations would make the information available.

2. Here is information for millie34au

You are missing a word here, but for your information Kaapelinkulma
permit correction initiative decission by the permit authority for Dragon
has been appealed weeks ago to Vaasa administrative court by
Valkeakoski people and environmental organizations. This appeal is
very much active.
Dragon should be aware of this but has not informed ASX, why?

This has been already discussed, but you forget the other Kuusamo-case
In case of Kuusamo Dragon just forgot to inform about the suppreme-decission dated 22.11.2017.
In that decission the mining authority was required to set the guarantees
for Kuusamo mining permits based on the expected mining activities.
Now two of the permits are without guarantees and Juomasuo has only 10 000
euro guarantees.

Possibly Kuusamo is no longer a major issue for Dragon as the rights are being transferred to Nero.
It is not known based on information given, who would be responsible for the additional costs
Nero or Dragon? List of Dragon failures in Kuusamo is earlier in the chain.
The official book keeping losses were above 1 million.
