If CCE had 61.5 million NOW.. would we see CETO 6 in the water sooner than 2019/20?
My understanding is Wave Testing underway off the Coast of Albany, even though Albany chosen the precise location still to be announced, CETO 6 design is still under development even though general principle of operation has been released, we are not aware of PTO.. still a lot of information is secret squirrel..!!!
How much difference would a lump of cash make...!!! How much of the design/construction can be accomplished in parallel to speed up commercialisation. Reference has been made to Seasonal Windows for opportunity.. does this mean 2018 Summer season is to near to have ready therefore 2019/20 summer quoted..
