I agree with you the PDN management ran the company into the ground . The mastermind was the overconfident and ultra arrogant and in the end grossly incompetent John Borshoff that believed he has super natural powers to predict exactly when the market would turn around, so he loaded up the company with tons of debt instead of equity and never modified the capital structure when he could have easily done so, in say 2013 0r 2014. It is mind boggling to think that the compoany is in this mess and all because of Borshoff and his incompetent, ball less, yes men on the board. They all obviously forgot the age old axiom that ......markets can stay down longer than you can stay solvent.....
They gambled with our money since few of them had any significant amount of stock themselves (Borshoff had tons of free options so that doesn't count).
What a bunch of complete morons.
