That may be the case but they have not handled this in the best of fashions imo.

For starters they put the release out late in the evening as opposed to the usual time for their releases when the market is open.

They also could have published a little more detail in the announcement to let investors see for themselves what the situation is.

And finally, the issue of the capital raising is a big question mark here imo... these issues did not just come up over night and if they did that does not bode well either.

The overhang that the raising will now have created could be significant imo.

On the whole, they may well get this up and running eventually, but it will take a while and there is not much to happen price wise until then. Also their disclosure has shown to be lacking and there has to be a question mark over the competence of management at the moment.

They are a short to medium term sell imo until they get their act together... plenty of other good plays with lots of copper and other metals that don't have the same question marks over them...
