Hey Cleveland I agree with you there!
However NTI (in my opinion) is not even a gamble anymore. NTI is derisked and the market is still partially sleeping on this one.
I think the SP will start to move over the next two weeks prior to annoumcement as the sell side will dry up. Why would anyone sell when we know the news will be good (based on my research) and is consequently company changing - meaning NTI will achieve a large re-rate.
