Interesting that the CEO of Deutsche Bank was formerly CEO of UBS who played around with PDN during its decline. DB has a shady recent history having involved in mirror trading with Russians, fined billions by the US for derivative deals and was in a state of financial crisis in 2016. Googling DB and fraud or scandal brings up many articles, for example the following:
