1st announcenent not good 2nd good, page-16

does anyone else find the sp performance of this one bizarre? given the poor ann & dow problems investors keep throwing money into this stock despite the concerns. is it a case that vcn couldnt develop both projects simulateously and now the focus will be on kuhmo instead hence the investor support? i cantmake sense of it except this. any other stock with such an ann and there would have been a mass dumping. or, is it a case that the market sees kylihalti as still being possibly being developed. any thoughts?
