Yes it appears that BUD Ohm system is catered towards to lower end SME market. As you can see in my post the BEMS market is large @ US$2.5B and BIQ is installed largely in corporate buildings, hospitals and have been operating in >1,000 buildings across USA and Australia. It probably took longer than the market had hoped for but has been gaining traction in the last few quarters and a lot of their recurring revenue is also sticky , so over time they could be building a nice annuity revenue stream.
