    And yet, while you are saying that we are worth at least 25 cents, we are still lingering at just 9 cents per share.

    Obviously the market is disagreeing with your comments. But, if I was you, and been so confident of the 25 cents per share, I would sell out everything I own including my house to buy CTP shares.
