I'm not convinced this is good for shareholders..it's basically locking in the DOCA now that there is no opposition. DB wouldn't buy if there wasn't something in it for them. I'd say that the chances of survival are looking good but shareholders will likely get F-all.
KPMG basically threatened a liquidation by not providing any other solution..they said no other solutions were put forward..isn't that their job as administrators???? The whole saga is really ridiculous.
