Amazing that PPY Board have chosen to keep this a secret from their shareholders.
Seems like AB is looking to reconcile the "irreconcilable differences" .
There is obviously a lot more to this issue, not disclosed in the chairman's report to the AGM.
How can PPY afford the legal costs associated with defending this threat. ? Ouch !!
