I was not being sarcastic when mentioning years ahead. By saying it as 1, 3 or 5, I was covering the various potential realities.

My point, which I think you might have missed is, Govt asked for 100Mw from the CBM market players (in a pilot project) and they may be getting not very much before 2020.

Govt are slow enough. Tlou and Sekaname been waiting a long time to play, and when they get their chance - what will be the best they can do.

If that number combined is say less than 50MW by 2020, I would venture that is not giving CBM a big lobbyist voice in Govt or BPC circles. If so, both will need a sympathetic and supportive big brother to get gas going there.

There is a 100MW pilot for solar also under RFP. Most countries introducing solar into the economy provide subsidies of some sort - now if Bots would do that for solar, then surely it would be only fair to do same for CBM. Good chance for Linda to earn her stripes perhaps.
