USA Appeal dismissed, page-33

I wonder what the two in house Lawyers are up to now.

Will they lodge another appeal to the just lost poorly presented appeal.??

After all it is just shareholder money.

And don't forget that if the case will now move to the Texas Court which originally made the decision that it was under the full jurisdiction of Texas, they can't refuse to go there and defend it. More money....

IMHO it would have been a hell of a lot better to try and reach an agreement with GRR from the beginning and avoid all those ongoing unnecessary costs AND HEADACHES.....

Now we even have to pay for GRR's costs as well.
