According to AFR the Imed sale isn’t totally dead, with talks continuing between Permira and EQT. Price apparently is the sticking point. If a sale does happen, then potentially Permira might also look at adding IDX. I like what CAJ is doing with its other acquisitions and new clinics, remain wary of the IDX bid.
