I think the answer lies within the results of the AGM.
The AGM results showed the dissatisfaction of even the biggest shareholders, and I am sure that the results have encouraged this Req to take control of the Board.
There are two big s/h of Yowie at the moment, and I reckon it is one of them, and the smaller of the two. I have nothing to substantiate that.
As a second guess, it could be WL in combination with others - but the Req proposes the removal of Patricia Fields, so am not sure.
anyway, we will find out I guess?
