every time there is a little upward step in the sp a sell comes in below the last traded price. every single time.

is someone playing around with the sp a bit here? why? it's not like anyone is trying to accumulate imo. Nor does there seem to be a concerted attempt to drive the price down. It just seems like someone doesn't want it to move much either way.

I would say it could indicate a CR in the offing but that was ruled out by management and thus I doubt it would be that.

hurry up with the CE mark.
