i much prefer growth
this proposal is to swallow a lager company and a great avenue to growth,now!!!
i think we are focusing to much on previous management and not giving credit to the new.
after all the did do a successful capital raising and have stabilized the company to be able to do such transaction.
i dont think they would have done this without the approval of the current lenders
