I ask the question,
"Given that CTP employs a high paid in house lawyer, and has a lawyer on the BOD. was Mr Shortt, provided with very clear instructions as to what he could or could not agree too? "
I venture to suggest that CTP in house lawyer, should have communicated the limits of Mr Shortts authority to GRR, so that there was no misunderstanding.
The selection of Mr Shortt , was not in the best interests of CTP.
But then again the current BOD is in a similar position of not acting in the SH interests.
6 years and millions of shareholders funds being obtained and NOT one hole drilled in that time!
