At $500 guaranteed each = $3.5M
Balance of SPP then $6.5M
Total amt submitted $76.1M LESS $3.5M = $72.6M
Prorata imho would be 6.5/72.6 =0.08953
So if you tendered $15k you would get $500 + $14500 x 0.08953 = $500 + $1298 worth
Total $1798 or 3596 shares
Rather than the 30,000 you really wanted
Conclusion we who participated will all get 1000 shares plus not many more
Of course my assumption of the scale back formula could be wrong
