That can't have been an easy post phishpheet, I'm sorry the reality of this thing struck you so hard - but you're right, I think it's game over for RMA shareholders.

Probably the only winner in this disaster will be Jim Zavros, he will be able to get this company for a song (probably from the receivers) and back door list his EzyDVD into it. I'm not sure if it will be him but the way is clear for somebody to clean up in this market segment, Quickflix is floundering, Mobilesoft has had it's share of financial woe & is currently flying under the radar, and RMA is death by a thousand cuts. One company should emerge (or merge?) to dominate the home entertainment area.
