"Bioxyne Limited and its wholly owned subsidiary Bioxyne International (NZ) Limited, and its’ Managing Director, N H Chua, (together the Defendants) have been notified (but not served) that a statement of claims was filed with the High Court of New Zealand on 5 December 2017 by New Image Group Limited (Plaintiff), a New Zealand Company. Our New Zealand solicitors have yet to accept service of notice of the claim, pending a determination as to jurisdiction"
