LPEs original decline trend to 2c even follows a very similar pattern. I would argue this is a controlled decline for the purpose of accumulation, that resulted in the capital raise @ 2c and on going accumulation in the low 2 range.

Cash flow positive could be the required catalyst to break out of the doldrums
