not really getting it..

i didnt know that the market cap size influenced the probability of a recovery of a damages claim

years of trading, and been there before?? did not know either had any effect on a recovery of damages from many high wealth individuals... in the previous case you mention you have seen before, can you tell me how it related to this one?

regarding the wording of the release, can you let me know what led you to that conclusion?

as for settlement of the matter, the board has to be mindful that they cannot just settle for a few cents, they have a damages ruling, and its their responsibility to the shareholders to enforce it full measure.. or they become potentially liable to shareholders for any losses themselves..
