I don't think it is COHEN shares being sold. Might be Regal taking profits.
I have done some research on MTH I will share tomorrow.. Just finishing it up today.
Just remember SaaS companies on the nasdaq trade at 20x revenue.. Only a matter of time for BTH to scale and capture the attention of more funds that will rerate it... It's the kind of stock you need to give a couple years to play out.
