Just looked over the announcement briefly. The intersection looks good.
What’s concerning me is the hit and miss nature of the BOD deposit. Look at how close together the pierce points are in Figure1. A deposit that’s hanging together nicely wouldn’t need such a pin cushion approach to resource definition. It’s probably not uncommon with vein style deposits and would become less of a problem with an open pit mine as when you start stripping the vein geometry can be more easily seen at on the pit floor. Unmineralised zones can be easily marked out and sent to waste. With underground mining the pinching and swelling becomes more problematic in terms of minimising dilution. I can’t see all that much potential for a money making open pit at BOD even with this latest results.
We need some sort of step change in terms of potential to expand the resources along the shear. Another significant deposit. Getting a bit tired of endless drilling in the same spot.
