I hope your fears are unfounded. I find it difficult to accept that these ships would be carrying any other cargo when they arrive at Port Latta or that they would be picking up any further cargo before reaching their port of discharge.
The half yearly report shows that 87% of the shipments went to China and I would imagine Shagang would be taking the vast majority of those pellets - you would imagine that they would want full shipments. Furthermore, the half yearly report shows that 12% of the shipments were sold to Australian customers and I would hazard a guess that BlueScope Steel would easily be the major customer(if not the only) - again I don't see why they wouldn't want full shipments and contract the right sized ship.
I'll be surprised if the Dec qtr shipments total less than 700kt if these final two shipments get away by Dec31 and we now know that Intuition is within five days of Port Latta(2650klm @ 13knots(24kph)average).
They had 240kt in inventory at 30Sep17 and they produced 550kt in Sept qtr so assuming similar production in Dec qtr certainly gives them the capacity to ship 730kt this quarter and some of us are expecting that production might go to 650kt in the quarter.
