    To see PRTs value look st SWM
    nPAT prt 36 m vs 166 m for SWM less than 5 times but SWM market cap is about 9 times
    Debt to EBITDA .6 x for PRT and 2.4 for SWM
    Interest coverage 24x for PRT and 8.9 for SWM
    The merger benefits for SWM are huge and I think a deal will be done sooner than later
