They can raise 15% without shareholder approval... about $70m..(not sure if the Institutional raise for $30m is part of this).and could raise the whole lot ($264m) with a special vote of shareholders...
.. unlikely as Institutions get the cream and we can only hope for a win like this..for once !
We just have to wait and see what they decide.
