You really should read company announcements as well as keeping updated with NdPr and DyO prices.
NTU is building the pant near its mine and will be able to place all processing waste back in the pit. Lynas is unable to return the LAMP waste to its Mt Weld pit because to save costs hey built the plant overseas and the Greens are opposing the return of any radioactive waste in Australia. As part of their licence to operate in Malaysia Lynas was supposed to find a site to build a waste storage facility but likely due to high costs of building a tsunami proof radioactive waste storage facility and nobody wanting to have such storage facility on their land or in their backyard Lynas never built one.
Instead they are attempting to dispose of radioactive waste by mix it with pigpoo and call it Condisoil fertiliser, unfortunately for Lynas Mitsubishi already did something similar a couple of decades earlier and didn't turn out so well for the farmers.

But don't take my word for it, if you haven't done so just type the words "Lynas, Stop, Condisoil and Mitsubishi" in your favourite search engine or youtube and see for yourself.

Not sure why does it bother you whenever I mention Lynas in here when comparing it to NTU, unless you have something to hide ? Besides, wasn't it you that started downramping NTU because it didn't have a processing plant like Lynas and it was not running at a loss ? Oh wait, Lynas also didn't turn a profit despite having a processing plant.
