I think the architects forgot to draw the outhouse aka waste storage facility there and the LAMP is now trying to dispose of its waste under the name of Condisoil. Probably why so many Lynas holders are so worried and have to downramp everyone else to take the spotlight of the incompleted project. Luckily for NTU they don't have these issues as they can bury the waste back in the same hole they dug it up from.
