Critical Cash Strategy Dec 2017, page-3

It seems Domacom' s Shareholders and/or new investors  have now reacted to a know imminent critical cash flow position ( see below) and are rushing to the Bourse to buy DCL stock. Who would have thought that possible.

Since my last post  1 hour ago following the flurry of cross traders , we have had a whopping $3281.14 of trades from 6 investors buying shares in value between $24 (YES $24) and $1,101.89 including 3 trades which were under marketable parcels sizes of $500. If my Maths are correct that means that Domacoms market Capitalization has increased  by $1,710,000 ( approx). Not bad for 9 trades  totalling $ 5881.79 ( including 4 Crosses and below market parcels).

If some one can provide some intelligence

Domacom reported one month ago at their November 2017 AGM that they would provide the market with a cash flow strategy that would be released during the current month , December 2017.  Slide 11 at the AGM contained the following information:

Domacom had cash at 30th September: $2.0 Million

Domacom expected Net Cash outflow forecast for Q4: $1.3 Million Est. and therefore  Net Cash at 31 December: would be $0.7 Million, which equates to a cash burn rate of $433k per month on that  basis.

Domacom  advised shareholders to:

"Expect a December ( 2017 ) update on cash strategy"

On the basis of these projections, without the proffered  advice and a remedial Cash Solution ( perhaps still to be announced before Christmas),  then it would seem that Cash will become a real concern in February or March of 2018.

Does anyone have any information on the proposed cash strategy.
