I've usually viewed companies that choose to buy-back capital with shareholders' funds as lacking creativity and vision. They can't think of a productive way of deploying capital and to take some risks and grow the business so they opt for the lazy option of buying back shares. But I'm not so certain that ITD fits into this category, as they seem hell bent on expanding the product range and keeping the innovation theme ticking along. Just need confirmation that this is what the market is looking for. I'm continuing to hold in the expectation this confirmation is around the corner.
