Also it looks like the insto's have been all over this for quite some time now with their bot trades , just watch the daily trading activity, someone is probably accumulating a position after that well managed down ramp (IMO) watch for an announcement of "new Major Shareholder" or "Adjustment to Existing Major..." or they are keeping under the 5% radar, but what would I know, just a small cork bobbing in their ocean.
