Kerry Stokes will support BPT to buy AWE.
He buys everything.
He hates sharing. The Chinese may have forced his hand.
I confident that BPT will lob a bid whether cash or scrip.
BPT would rather have the whole pie then half. BOO with tolling you don't need much on balance sheet.
Also if AWE survives takeover attempts. It will need to go into BOO whilst BPT may prefer EPC as higher profits long term.
