Only the usual disasters, as mentioned above I suppose. Surely due for a re-rate in the near future, I just keep thinking about the Kincora assets, probable replacement cost of $250 Million and purchased by AJQ for Ca. $10, 000,000-, looks good in comparison to our MC. And now, it is recommissioned and producing. Happy Days.
