No funk, Hampton currently hold 5.68% of PEX.
Pitts private unlisted companies control about anywhere from 9 - 13 %. Updated figures for those holdings have not been released post the last issue. I'm assuming he would have participated in that private placement.
However when one adds in the likes of Ariki Investments a long time friend of Pitts & a couple of his other buddies on the top 20 ( who it could be assumed would vote Pitts way ) then we are talking over 30%. So nothing is going to happen corporate wise unless Pitt gives his blessing.
