Is the DMS project ever going to get up?
The deposit was discovered by CRA in the 80's and I have read reports on the ATR/Donald Mineral Sands project have slated commencement dates from 2009 onwards. I note that negotiations with CMEC for the Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract have been in train since April 2014. There appears to be a lack of urgency to get digging!
I think the current ATR board needs to and over the reins to a younger team who may get to see the project come to fruition in their lifetime or to on-sell the project to another company who have the financial clout to fund the development.
