I believe that the technology to exploit these deposits is near & with rapidly increasing coal prices & the rising oil & gas prices, economically viable. China has recently begun importing coal.

& Alternative fuels such as nuclear, wind, solar, bio-diesel are all way up there in power production cost

Your values for these stocks looks reasobable, but how do you come to them?
