Yes it sends the signal they think 13c is good value, but unfortunately Dom also sent the signal in October that the SP was overvalued at 18c - so it will take significant progress to get back above that hurdle. Sure I think it will happen in time, but there's no question its stalled in the teens in the short term, imo.
