New to thread but would like to contribute. We have very backwards consumer finance laws in Australia which are very consumer unfriendly. Essentially, there is limited / no capacity for Amazon to undercut on major brands, as this would have to be dictated by the manufacturer under consumer law. Manufacturers sure as hell won't let Amazon undercut their major sales channels in Aust (HVN, JBH) with a still limited market share.
I still think Amazon will crush HVN (not JBH), but not for a long while, and I am super pro-short.
