I'm gonna be submitting a complaint to ASIC and I urge everyone to do the same. Spec or no spec, they must not mislead and conform to continuous disclosure. Where are the announcements about their failed products (roame)? Where are the sales numbers? What are the money being spent on?

Pumping out "smoke and mirror "announcements in an effort to rivive the SP should not be allowed.

It's just unaustralian to say the least.
