If XST could pick up some much deserved, and needed cash from this legal spat then one really has to believe they are tremendously undervalued.
I'm no legal expert, so have no idea what the process is to set damages, have them awarded and then even go about collecting on them. All the while the cash register keeps opening and money keeps going out. Again, I'm not up to speed on payment terms for the projects XST is committed to, but in business employees, lawyers, consultants, barristers, and JV partners all need payment, and generally this is never cheap.
I've met Cosimo and rate him highly. In fact I wish he was the CEO of one of these other larger JV partners as I like how he operates and believe he brings a great deal of integrity to the table.
XST is top of my list of stocks I'm not invested in but considering, but feel there is time to sit on the sidelines and see how this story unfolds.
