The Company requests a Voluntary Suspension with immediate effect.
The Voluntary Suspension is being requested pending an ASX decision under ASX Listing Rule 11.1 as to whether the Company’s activities in medicinal cannabis, as part of its natural medicine portfolio, represent a significant change in the nature of the Company’s activities.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the Voluntary Suspension should not be granted.
