Ann: Sale of Texan Properties, page-13

Aussietom, I picked up some more today at 35c, not for trade but for the ongoing annualized dividend yield ( assuming they can maintain upwards of 4c regular divvie per annum) plus the safety net of being way under the current presumed NTA. Can scarcely believe any one would be selling down to the mid 30s, just does not make sense if the selling was by a long term holder. I hold a good swag of shares, did not really want to increase my shareholding any further but 35c was just tooooo tempting as a long term investment.
